Missouri Baptist University is a Christ-centered university located in Saint Louis, MO. Established in 1960, MBU offers more than 40 undergraduate degrees, graduate degrees in education, business and religion and its new terminal degree, the Doctor of Education.

Missouri Baptist University partnered​with Symbiosis to redevelop several of the CORE 42 statewide common core college-level courses across the knowledge areas of Communications (Oral and Written), Humanities and Fine Arts, Mathematical Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Social and Behavioral Sciences. To enhance the student learning experience, the Symbiosis team created course maps that aligned course objectives, workload, and integrated faith into the curriculum.

County College of Morris (CCM), started in 1968, is located on 222 acres of rolling terrain in Randolph, NJ. CCM graduates over 1,000 students each year offering more than 45 associate degree programs and a full slate of certificate and workforce development programs.

CCM partnered with Symbiosis to create more than 120 model courses for their online offerings. In addition, Symbiosis has been working with individual faculty to enhance and improve their online courses. On the workforce side, Symbiosis assisted with the creation of the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) program.

Three Rivers College, founded in 1966, is a community college that provides accessible and affordable degrees, certificates and career programs to thousands of students at four locations throughout Southeast Missouri.

Three Rivers Community College partnered with Symbiosis to redesign 100 courses. We followed the Quality Matters rubric and a detailed alignment map to redesign these courses. In addition, Symbiosis collaborated with Athletics Coaches to redesign, align and track the program outcomes for the Student Athlete Character Program.

Williston State College (WSC), founded in 1961, is located in north-western North Dakota, along the Missouri River.

WSC partnered with Symbiosis to create their online faculty orientation program.

Central New Mexico Community College (CNM), established in 1963, is the largest higher education institution in New Mexico in terms of undergraduate enrollment. CNM offers programs in business, health, technologies, and trades to provide adults with the necessary skills to gain employment and succeed in the workforce.

Symbiosis’ bilingual instructional designers collaborated with CNM faculty to build courses in the AA program (all Spanish). These courses used Open Educational Resources (OER) or textbooks that cost under $50/course.

Established in 1814, Spalding University is a private, not-for-profit, liberal arts university in downtown Louisville, KY. Spalding University is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges.

Symbiosis partnered with Spalding University to build over 50 graduate and undergraduate courses, and an online student orientation program.

Mercy College is a private, nonsectarian and coeducational college founded in 1950 by the Sisters of Mercy. The college offers degree and certificate programs in disciplines like nursing, business social sciences, education, technology, art and media.

Mercy partnered with Symbiosis to redesign over 50 courses that have high enrollment, high dropout rate and their courses in the MBA program.

Benedict College is a private co-educational liberal arts institution that offers over 25 baccalaureate degree programs and two master’s degree programs. It offers courses in STEM, Cyber Security, Mass Communication, Sport Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, Biology, and Education.

Benedict College collaborated with Symbiosis to develop several courses in the online and hybrid modality of the MBA program and other undergraduate and graduate programs. We also designed several courses in their Master’s in Sports Management Program as part of this initiative.

Northwestern Health Sciences University, founded in 1941 by Dr. John B. Wolfe, specializes in natural healthcare education, clinical services and research. Headquartered in Minnesota, the college enrolls more than 1,100 students in programs like Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine, Chiropractic, Integrative Care, Medical Assisting, and Functional Nutrition.

NWHSU partnered with Symbiosis to develop Continuing Education (CE) courses in Palliative Care. We also collaborated with their teaching staff to ensure the program qualified for the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM).

Founded in 1826, Furman is the oldest private liberal arts and science university in South Carolina. With over 2500 students, it offers rigorous academic courses, broad research opportunities, a robust visual and performing arts program, and NCAA Division I athletics.

Furman partnered with Symbiosis to build several courses in the Master of Arts in Teaching and Master of Arts in Education programs.

Indiana Wesleyan University is a Christian comprehensive university of the Wesleyan Church. Founded in 1920, it provides liberal arts and professional education. It caters to nearly 13,000 students between its residential campus, online and regional education programs, and Wesley Seminary.

Indiana Wesleyan University partnered with Symbiosis to develop several courses in the Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). Its problem-based learning model is unique to the DeVoe School of Business and features a doctoral project instead of a dissertation. These unique courses encouraged a problem-based learning approach that challenged the students to adapt to a less-structured environment and solve assigned tasks individually and as a team.

North Carolina A&T State University is the largest historically black university (HBCU) in the country. With over 13,000 students, N.C. A&T offers undergraduate and graduate courses in science, technology, mathematics and engineering (STEM).

During COVID-19 to go beyond the Emergency Remote Learning, North Carolina A&T State University partnered with Symbiosis to redesign over 350 online courses and improve its student learning experience. Each course was run through an internal Quality Matters check.

Founded in 1963, the University of South Alabama is home to nearly 14,000 students. It offers more than 100 undergraduate, graduate and doctoral programs through its 10 colleges and schools.

The University of South Alabama collaborated with Symbiosis to redesign courses that can be used to teach in the in-person, hybrid and online modalities.

Prairie View A&M University, established in 1876, is a historically black college and university (HBCU) and the second-oldest public institution of higher education in the state of Texas.

Prairie View A&M University partnered with Symbiosis to design a continuing education program in the prevention of substance abuse among juveniles.

Antioch University Online partnered with our team to provide high quality interactive online courses to students. Symbiosis created multiple courses for their undergraduate and graduate degree programs. These were critical in not only helping students reach their educational goals but also helped faculty create engaging course content.

After an extensive search, LIM College chose to partner with Symbiosis to increase the enrollment and retention rates of their hybrid and online courses. We built Associate’s, Bachelor’s and graduate degree programs that have student satisfaction and retention rates that are higher than industry standards. Symbiosis also provided staff augmentation services for LIM, which resulted in the hiring of many faculty members.

Symbiosis worked with Montclair State University on an exciting project to build a short course in the rapidly growing field of data analytics. Developed as part of University’s Continuing and Professional Education offerings, the new course on Python for Business Analytics helps students understand how to convert data into marketing and business strategies which helps a company grow.
